A Japan Airlines passenger jet collided with a coastguard plane in a catastrophic accident at Haneda airport in Tokyo. Five people on the coastguard aircraft died but all 379 passengers and crew escaped to safety using emergency slides minutes before the commercial aircraft was engulfed in flames. Police say they have opened an investigation into the incident
